REFUND POLICY

Refunds

We’ll send you an email after your return has been received and inspected to let you know it’s been received. We’ll also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you’re refund is approved, your refund will be made, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.​

Submission of refund should be within seven days of delivery, after approval, we’ll get started on it and credit your account within the next seven business days.

Late or missing refunds:

Check your bank account again if you haven’t gotten a refund yet.

Then call your credit card company; the refund may take some time to appear on your account.

The next step is to call your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.

Exchanges

Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. Send an email to care@olister.in and send your item to: Pocket 40/174, 3rd Floor, CR Park, New Delhi- 110019, India.

Shipping returns

Return your item to: Pocket 40/174, 3rd Floor, CR Park, New Delhi-110019, India.

You will be responsible for the expense of mailing your item back to us. There are no refunds for shipping expenses. Return shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund if you receive one.

The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive will differ depending on where you reside. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
